For me I feel more relaxed in the evening and my depression calms down then, is it the same for you?
When I feel depressed music always helps.
When you get in a state of depression you just want to sit there and do nothing you feel sad and like your whole world is crashing down on you.
If you suffer with depression what helps is to talk to people who can relate.
This is what worries me, I really don't want to get diabetes.
